Setting Up Communication Between Teamogy and KSeF<\/h2>\n

Certificate Preparation and Required Credentials \u2013 KSeF<\/h5>\n

To configure communication between Teamogy and KSeF, the client must have the following access credentials and certificates prepared in advance:<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Private key
<\/strong>– Password
<\/strong>– KSeF certificate<\/strong><\/p>\n

These materials must be available for a specific company <\/strong>and for the specific environment<\/strong> in which invoice transmission will be configured:
– Production <\/span>environment<\/strong>, or
<\/span>– Pre-production (test) environment<\/strong> of the client.<\/span><\/p>\n

All the above-mentioned materials are obtained by the client through the official portal of the Polish tax administration (KSeF)

Recommended Certificate Setup<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

– We recommend naming<\/strong> the certificate ksef_companyname<\/em>_online<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

– For Teamogy, it is sufficient to use the so-called online certificate<\/strong>, which in this case corresponds to the second option<\/strong>: \u201cUwierzytelnienie w systemie KSeF\u201d<\/em><\/strong> (the second option shown in the screenshot).<\/p>\n

    – Permission to update (patch) issued invoices<\/strong> sent to KSeF (e.g. adding the KSeF ID, confirming receipt, etc.) \u2014 this requires permission to edit invoices – <\/strong>(special Invoice editor <\/strong>group)
    – Permission to create an API key<\/strong> (Configurator group<\/strong>) \u2013 this permission should be removed after the API key has been created.<\/p>\n

    – Click the key icon (3)<\/strong> and enter the password you selected when obtaining the KSeF certificate and private key.
    – Enter the password into the \u201cSecret value\u201d<\/strong> field and save the configuration.<\/p>\n

    API Key (4)<\/b><\/h6>\n

    – Click the key icon (4)<\/strong> and paste the API key generated in Teamogy.
    – Enter the API key into the \u201cSecret value\u201d<\/strong> field and save the configuration.<\/p>\n

    NIP (5)<\/b><\/h6>\n

    – Click the icon (5) and verify that the displayed NIP number corresponds<\/strong> to the legal entity for which the Teamogy\u2013KSeF communication is being configured.<\/p>\n

    Environment (6)<\/b><\/h6>\n

    – Click the field (6)<\/strong> and select the appropriate environment \/ company.<\/p>\n

    Done – Once all required data has been entered, do not forget to save all settings using the Save icon.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Determines under which company the invoice will be created in Teamogy if the supplier<\/strong> from the invoice cannot be identified<\/strong> in the Teamogy Contacts during import.
    We recommend<\/strong> leaving this field empty<\/strong> and assigning the company directly on the invoice during processing.<\/p>\n

    Status<\/strong>
    Defines the status in which imported invoices will be created in Teamogy.
    We recommend<\/strong> setting \u201cImported\u201d<\/strong> as the default status.<\/p>\n

    Process<\/strong>
    Determines the process according to which the invoice will be further processed in Teamogy.
    We recommend<\/strong> selecting the same process that is currently used for approving supplier invoices.<\/p>\n

    Owner<\/strong>
    Specifies the user who will be set as the owner of the newly created document.<\/p>\n

    Participants<\/strong>
    Allows additional users to be set as participants of the document.
    We recommend<\/strong> leaving this field empty and adding participants later on the individual document if needed.<\/p>\n

    Frequency of received invoice synchronization<\/h6>\n

    Received invoices are continuously downloaded from KSeF to Teamogy.<\/strong><\/p>\n
