In the previous steps – We have activated and created the division.<\/strong> – now divisions and departments still have the general Teamogy settings. You need to set how divisions should be different from the general settings. In this tutorial, we’ll show you how to change the logo for your division and department. Only AIO.ADMIN account can change this settings.<\/p>\n Setting up a logo for your division has three main steps<\/strong>. The first is to create a register that tells the system when to use the division logo and when the default logo.The second is to create a logo specifically for the Division. The third is to enter the logo into the Division’s register.\u00a0We start by creating register that tells the system, when to use the Division\u2019s logo and when the Default logo.<\/strong><\/p>\n 1. In the left navigation menu, unroll Configuration<\/strong>.<\/p>\n 2. Click on Register<\/strong>.<\/p>\n 3. Into the Breadcrumb MainKey<\/strong>\u00a0type LOGO.<\/strong><\/p>\n 4. There is shared register – LOGO-PRINT –<\/strong>\u00a0open it.<\/p>\n HINT: If you have created the LOGO-PRINT (default print logo)\u00a0<\/strong>before, then you have to remake this default print logo<\/strong> to\u00a0LOGO-DEFAULT,<\/strong>\u00a0just change the subkey of that register.\u00a0<\/strong>It\u2019s for the situations, that you did not choose the Deparment or Division. If you did not do it, there will be conflict and the logos will not work correctly.<\/p>\n 5. First thing you need to do is\u00a0Clone<\/strong> the register.<\/p>\n 6. Unmark Shared.<\/strong><\/p>\n 7. Change value from Key\u00a0<\/strong>to String.<\/strong><\/p>\n Enter this string:<\/p>\n [You have set that if the division is not selected, the system will use the logo that is set in the LOGO-DEFAULT register, and if the division is selected, it will use the logo that is specified in the Division register<\/em>.]<\/p>\n 8. Change these fields:<\/p>\n 9. Press SAVE<\/strong>.<\/p>\n 10. Go back to Registers and open the same Shared<\/strong> register LOGO-PRINT.<\/strong><\/p>\n 11. Clone<\/strong> It.<\/p>\n 12. Unmark Shared<\/strong>.<\/p>\n 13. Change these fields:<\/p>\n 14. Upload the Logo<\/strong> by using the button Upload Raster Picture<\/strong> or Upload SVG Picture<\/strong>.<\/p>\n 15. Press SAVE<\/strong>.<\/p>\n 16. Go back to registers and into the Breadcrumb Category<\/strong> type DIMENSIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n 17. Open your already created Division<\/strong>.<\/p>\n 18. Change the\u00a0LOGO-DEFAULT<\/strong> to\u00a0LOGO-PRINT.RED<\/strong> (Your KEY-SUBKEY of created logo)<\/p>\n 19. Press SAVE<\/strong>.
