Change the numbering in the system.<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Unroll Configuration<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

2. Click on Register<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

4. Open the SHARED register of numbering<\/strong>, which you would like to edit <\/strong>(Sales invoice). When you open the numbering, the JSON of numbering looks like this (in the screenshot we highlighted what part of the formula brings in numbering):<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

5. Clone<\/strong> the register<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

6. Unmark Shared.<\/strong><\/p>\n

7. Change<\/strong> the numbering<\/strong> as desired by the client.<\/strong> The basic Numbering of Sales invoice is: CI-20-00001 (this is the numbering of the first Sales invoice in the year).<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n

[Every # means one number in the numbering sequnce. This formula: ${formatDateTime:${currentObject:properties.supplyDate},YY}<\/em> – gives you the last two digits of the current year into your numbering] Your new numbering is now: SI-20-001.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
