Creation of the Clan<\/h3>\n

If you want to prepare new environment for the client, you have to create the new clan. Follow this guide.<\/p>\n

1. Log in into the aio pro environment here<\/span><\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n

2. Behind agency id in the address bar type \/createclan<\/p>\n

Now you have to complete the following fields:<\/p>\n

Clan name<\/strong><\/td>\nName of the clan\u00a0(enter only small letters,\u00a0no spaces or other special characters).<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Clan subdomain<\/strong><\/td>\nThe subdomain the will enter into the address bar (blackmedia.teamogy.com) – same rules as clan name!<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Agency name<\/strong><\/td>\nThe name of the agency.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Agency common name<\/strong><\/td>\nThe name of the agency.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Agency language<\/strong><\/td>\nDefault language of the agency.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Clan language<\/strong><\/td>\nThe same like Agency language<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Clan country<\/strong><\/td>\nChoose the country of the company<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Clan timezone<\/strong><\/td>\nChoose the timezone of the company<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Admin e-mail<\/strong><\/td>\nE-mail of the admin.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Admin phone<\/strong><\/td>\nPhone number of the admin (don\u2019t forget the prefix “+xxx”).<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

If have completed fields successfully, you can click on button Import data.\u00a0<\/strong>If everything went right, Google chrome will notify you with the message “null”. The admin will receive an initial e-mail and sms.<\/p>\n
