We will take a look on how to change and customize the Dashboard – homepage of Teamogy. You have option to add\/remove new page, edit current page or add new clips (time, notes, link…)<\/p>\n

First step – How to activate option to edit Dashboard<\/strong><\/p>\n 1. Go to Configuration\/Register.<\/strong><\/p>\n 2. Use <\/strong>breadcrumb Category to search – UI <\/strong>and click on that.<\/p>\n 3. Find two registers – DASHBOARD – DEFAULT and DASHBOARD – MANAGEMENT. <\/strong>You have to change both of them because there are 2 types of Dashboard in the system.<\/p>\n [\/et_pb_text][et_pb_image src=”https:\/\/www.teamogy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/ui-dashboard.png” alt=”ui-dashboard” title_text=”ui-dashboard” show_in_lightbox=”on” align_tablet=”center” align_phone=”” align_last_edited=”on|desktop” _builder_version=”4.6.1″ custom_margin=”|40px|40px|||” box_shadow_style=”preset2″][\/et_pb_image][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.6.1″ text_font=”|300|||||||” custom_margin=”|40px|40px|||” inline_fonts=”Arial”]<\/p>\n 4.<\/strong> Click on<\/strong> the register DASHBOARD – DEFAULT<\/strong>.<\/p>\n 5.<\/strong> Click on<\/strong> the Clone button<\/strong> to clone the register.<\/p>\n 6. Do not forget to change the second register<\/strong>\u00a0DASHBOARD – MANAGEMENT<\/strong>. Click on the three dots and you have many option to edit Dashboard.<\/strong><\/p>\n Add new page<\/strong> – It creates new page (tab) in Dashboard<\/p>\n Delete current page<\/strong> – It deletes current page that you look at the moment.<\/p>\n Reset dashboard to default<\/strong> – It restores the Dashboard to default.<\/p>\n Add new clip<\/strong> – You can add new clip like Time, link, notes and so on.<\/p>\n Edit current page<\/strong> – It will switch you into editable mode in Dashboard<\/p>\n Let’s take a look what you can edit in Dashboard.<\/strong><\/p>\n [\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.6.6″ text_font=”|300|||||||” custom_margin=”|40px|40px|||” inline_fonts=”Arial”]<\/p>\n If you click on the option Edit current page<\/strong>, you will have option to change the size of the current clips.\u00a0You can also delete the clip or\u00a0you can set whether the specific clip will be displayed on the mobile and tablet or not.<\/p>\n [\/et_pb_text][et_pb_image src=”https:\/\/www.teamogy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/ezgif.com-gif-maker-6.gif” alt=”edit-current-dashboard” title_text=”edit-current-dashboard” show_in_lightbox=”on” align_tablet=”center” align_phone=”” align_last_edited=”on|desktop” _builder_version=”4.6.6″ custom_margin=”|40px|40px|||” box_shadow_style=”preset2″][\/et_pb_image][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.6.6″ text_font=”|300|||||||” custom_margin=”|40px|40px|||” inline_fonts=”Arial”]<\/p>\n If you want to add new clip, just click on the option – Add new clip <\/strong>and choose one of the option – Time, iFrame, Link, Notes, Poster, Team, Email, Slack or Chart.<\/p>\n Check the GIF below how to add a new clip<\/strong> – Link.\u00a0Click on the option – Add new clip <\/strong>and choose<\/strong> the option Link<\/strong> and press SAVE<\/strong>. After the SAVE, editable Dashboard will open and you will see the new clip – Link to the Online gallery<\/strong>. Change the Online gallery to your specific link<\/strong>. Edit the line\u00a0<\/strong>URL name and URL<\/strong>. You can also have the option to choose whether it will be shown on tablet and mobile or not.
