Mark Company As A Client\/Supplier<\/h3>\n

1.<\/span>\u00a0First, open the Company you would like to edit.\u00a0<\/span>Click on <\/strong>the tab\u00a0Details<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Mark company as a client or supplier. Click on<\/strong> the\u00a0small square “Client” or “Supplier”<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Do not forget to check\u00a0Sales maturity (days) and\u00a0Purchase maturity (days) in the tab Details.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sales maturity (days)<\/strong><\/td>\nit is the time period between the date of issue and the due date when creating a Sales Invoice. Insert the number of days.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Purchase maturity (days)<\/span><\/strong><\/td>\nit is the time period between the date of issue and the date of payment when creating a Purchase Invoice. Insert the number of days.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

If you completed<\/strong> the field Sales Maturity<\/strong>, the Teamogy system will automatically enter the day of the payment in the newly created Sales Invoice<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n
