You can easily prepare margin forecasts for individual clients in bulk. These forecasts are automatically reflected in reports where you can compare them with real results. For example, you can easily compare a specific client’s annual margin forecast with their actual performance. \n<\/span>3. Click on “Compose”<\/strong> option and choose “Annual gross margin forecast” option.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
5. Subject<\/strong> – the subject of your Margin forecast
6. The year<\/strong> – for which the Forecast is valid.
7. Currency<\/strong> –\u00a0 you can easily create a Forecast in any currency. Just select currency first and then confirm.
8. Status – <\/strong>you specify the status of the Forecast. If you select the Processing status<\/strong>, the Forecast is not active – no Client overhead<\/strong> is created. If you select the Approved status<\/strong>, the forecast is active and Client overhead is created.\u00a0
<\/strong>9. The financial table<\/strong> is the main part of the Forecasts.<\/p>\n
<\/strong>– Subject <\/strong>– fill in the subject of the first item. This subject will then also appear as the name of the Client overhead.
– Fill in<\/strong> the planned gross margin for each month<\/strong>. If the amouns are same for every month, you can easily copy the value by holding the bottom corner of the field and dragging into the other fields.
– Summary<\/strong> – this field is used for short notes<\/strong>, which are then visible in the Client overhead.<\/strong>
– Category<\/strong> – choose the proper category for this – Client overhead
– Hierarchy – <\/strong>you can add another value to hel you to sort Client overhead budgets in the view.
– Owner<\/strong> – is the owner of this Client overhead.<\/p>\n
– Click on Reports – Business report.<\/strong><\/p>\n
