New Sales Quotation<\/h3>\n

1. In the left navigation menu, select\u00a0Unroll Documents<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Click on My Documents<\/strong> or All Documents<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

3. Click on<\/strong>\u00a0New document<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

4. Choose<\/strong>\u00a0Sales Quotation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

5. Complete header details. Mandatory fields are red underlined (can be different from the company\u2019s settings)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
6. Currency and payment<\/strong><\/td>\nyou can easily create a quotation in any currency you wish. Just choose the required currency and confirm or edit the currency rate. Choose the payment conditions.\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
7.\u00a0Detailed specification<\/strong><\/td>\nhere you can specify the subject of the Sales Quotation – explain the details of your proposal, the content, timeline, deadlines, or any other important information which the client should know about.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
8. The financial tabl<\/strong>e<\/strong><\/td>\nthis is an essential part of the Sales Quotation. See how to do it in the detailed guide here<\/span><\/a>.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
9. The summary at the end<\/strong><\/td>\nif you wish, you can add any kind of summary or delivery conditions at the end of the document.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
