Add new User<\/h3>\n

1. In the left navigation menu, select unroll Configuration<\/strong><\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Click on Users<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

3. Click on New User<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

4.\u00a0Complete all details.\u00a0Mandatory fields<\/strong> are red underlined (can be different, depends on company\u2019s settings).<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Draft<\/strong><\/td>\nUse in case you want to first add a user into groups, etc. You can prepare the user for daily use. Then cancel the draft of the user. After the action, the new user will receive an e-mail with initial details.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Disabled<\/strong><\/td>\nYou stopped an already existing user. In case you terminate someone and you would like to ensure the security of all transactions of this user.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Username<\/strong><\/td>\nEnter the username for logging in. The recommended form is firstname.lastname.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Cell phone number<\/strong><\/td>\nEnter the Cell Phone number with country preselection. To this will be sent the activation code to first login.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Work rate<\/strong><\/td>\nEnter here hourly rate in your default currency (Accounting currency)<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

5. Press SAVE<\/strong> button.\u00a0<\/p>\n

6. \u00a0<\/em>Perfect! A new user has been added. After you cancel the status \u201cdraft,\u201d the user will receive an initial email with login details: username, temporary password, and link to the system.
