How to Set Up the Calendar <\/span><\/h3>\n

In this short manual, we will show you how to configure the Calendar in Teamogy and choose which types of records you want to display.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Calendar settings are configured separately for each user. This means that every user can adjust<\/strong> the Calendar according to their own needs.<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. To open calendar settings<\/strong>, click <\/span>Calendar <\/strong>in the left navigation menu.\u00a0 1<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. In the upper part of the Calendar, click the three dots and then click on <\/span>\u201cUser settings – Calendar\u201d\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Calendar synchronization<\/strong><\/td>\n\n

    Select your calendar provider and connect an external calendar to Teamogy.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    Calendar active time range<\/strong><\/td>\nSet the part of the day that is displayed in detail in the Calendar. Times outside this range are shown only as <\/span>Before<\/strong> and <\/span>After.<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Show time slot types <\/strong><\/td>\nChoose which types of records<\/strong> you want to display<\/strong>, such as events<\/strong>, absences, ToDos and scheduled tasks.<\/strong><\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Show week calendar as <\/strong><\/td>\nChoose whether the weekly view displays the entire week or starts with the current day followed by the upcoming days.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Show sidebar calendar<\/strong><\/td>\nShow or hide<\/strong> a preview of your Calendar in the Teamogy side panel. <\/strong><\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
