Here is a <span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #0c71c3;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.teamogy.com\/en\/manual\/create-a-task-from-view\/\" style=\"color: #0c71c3; text-decoration: underline;\">link<\/a><\/span>\u00a0on how to <strong>create new task<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On the screen below you can see the default situation after a task creation. Let\u2019s call these pieces of a chart, which are orange now, as a <strong>bead<\/strong>. <strong>Each<\/strong> <strong>Bead<\/strong> represents 1 hour of a task. Thus, if you create a task for 5 hours, you will have 5\u00a0<strong>Beads<\/strong> in the Capacity Plan. After a task creation, the Beads are on the left side of the Capacity Plan, as you see it on the screen below. In the GIF below there are two steps in time allocation. First, we\u2019ve allocated all the time of our new task on Monday but as we can see \u2013 my subordinate can not handle it. It will show you the list of your colleagues.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Choose the colleagues <\/strong>that you want to\u00a0schedule and allocate\u00a0their capacity time.<strong> You have also an option to choose a Team. <\/strong>This is a good option, <strong>if you have more colleagues, you will not have to mark all 20 colleagues.
