Date of Issue<\/strong><\/td>\nEntered automatically by actual date. It\u2019s the date when the supplier issued the invoice. It should be re-typed from the original purchase invoice.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Date of Supply<\/strong><\/td>\nEntered automatically by actual date. It\u2019s the date when the supplier delivered his services\/goods. It should be re-typed from the original purchase invoice.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Date of Payment<\/strong><\/td>\nEntered automatically based on the value that you entered in Mark Company As A Supplier. <\/span><\/span><\/a>If you did not enter the Purchase maturity, the date of payment will be entered by the Default settings (usually 14 days) but can be adjusted manually according the original purchase invoice.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Supplier<\/strong><\/td>\nChoose the Supplier, then Address and Registration details<\/a><\/span><\/span> will be entered automatically. If you added more than one Person<\/a><\/span><\/span>\u00a0to Company, you can choose an additional person as well.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Counterparty Invoice Number<\/strong><\/td>\nSupplier\u2019s invoice number.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Counterparty Reference Number<\/strong><\/td>\nSupplier\u2019s identification code.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Receipt Date<\/strong><\/td>\nThe day\/date you receive the Purchase Invoice.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Category<\/strong><\/td>\nThe ability to categorize the invoice. The default is categorized by region. The list of categories can be also adjusted in the Teamogy setup.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Owner<\/strong><\/td>\nThe Owner is usually the Author. But you can change the Owner manually.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Currency<\/strong><\/td>\nChoose from predefined currencies. Foreign currency is converted to the domestic currency at the rate that Teamogy receives from https:\/\/openexchangerates.org<\/a>. The rate can be changed manually. For some selected countries, the source of the rate download is linked to their national bank directly.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
