Allocation is a important element of every Task.<\/strong> Allocation is a number of hours, that Owner enters to solve the Task. It\u00a0is good to have control over how many hours your employees spend on Tasks. Allocation behaves differently depending on whether we have only Assignee, or Assignee & Participant, or Assignee, Participant & Sub-tasks.<\/p>\n The first case is the situation, that task has only Assignee.\u00a0In this case, Assignee gets the entire entered allocation for Task. The 3 hours\/(Assignee + Participant) = 1 hour 30 mins. Travis Freklaz (Assignee of main task) gets 1 hour 30 mins for the Task solution, just like John Smith (Participant) has 1 hour 30 mins for the Task solution.
