Specific Print Header for Division and Department<\/h3>\n

In the previous steps – We have activated and created the division.<\/strong> – now we have to set special settings directly for the Division. The print header is one of the options offered by the Division.<\/p>\n

Setting up a Print header for your division has two main steps<\/strong>. The first step is that you need to enter in the division register the details you want to be included in the document division print header. The second step is that you have to create a special print header for your division.<\/p>\n

1. In the left navigation menu, unroll Configuration<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

2. Click on Register<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

3. Into the Breadcrumb <\/span>Category<\/strong> type <\/span>DIMENSIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n

4. Open your already created Division<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

You have to enter details into the register that you know you want to be included in the print header. All the details need to be in following format:<\/span><\/p>\n

5. Press <\/span>SAVE<\/strong>. You have entered  the details into register of Division.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

6. Now go again into the Register<\/strong> and into the Breadcrumb MainKey<\/strong> type PAPER.HEADER.<\/strong><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

7. Open the Shared<\/strong> register PAPER.HEADER-INVOICE.SALES.<\/strong><\/p>\n

8. Look at the screen below and replace this part of register.<\/strong><\/p>\n

11. The paper header has been changed successfully!<\/div>\n
[If you need to logo for the Department, it\u2019s the same like Division. The sub-keys can be different, it\u2019s up to you.<\/em>]<\/div>\n
