Limit and Competence<\/h3>\n

Sometimes it happens that you have a user in two agencies that have different accounting currencies.<\/strong> Set different limits (competence) for processing documents in both agencies.<\/p>\n

First thing you need to do is find the process, where you want to change the limit.<\/p>\n

1. Into the adress bar type your domain and \/architect, for example: aio.luckydrum.com\/architect<\/strong><\/p>\n

Now you have opened the Workflow designer – Process designer.<\/strong> This is a tool that allows you to edit the process and then return it to Teamogy.<\/p>\n

2. Now, go back to Teamogy<\/strong>. Open the register with the process, which you want to change<\/strong>. Copy the whole JSON, go back to the Workflow designer a paste<\/strong> it into the JSON<\/strong> field<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

3. Click on Open<\/strong>.\u00a0Now the workflow designer has visualized the entire process.<\/p>\n

4. Find the activity Limit check\u00a0and under the Limit check activity, click the arrow that has a condition on it.<\/strong> Click on it.<\/p>\n

5. A field with a Condition field<\/strong> has appeared on the right side of your screen, in which you must copy the following form:<\/strong><\/p>\n

7. Copy<\/strong> the JSON, which was created by the Workflow designer and paste<\/strong> it to the register<\/strong> in the Teamogy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
You have enter into the User Area (particular user) a limit in every accounting currency.<\/p>\n
8. In the left navigation menu unroll Configuration.<\/strong><\/p>\n
9. Click on Users<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
10. Click on the user for which you want to set the required limit<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

10. Click on the user for which you want to set the required limit<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
11. Click on Add new property.<\/strong><\/p>\n
12. Set the limit for every Accounting currency. <\/strong><\/p>\n
Czech currency:\u00a0purchaseInvoiceLimitCZK<\/strong><\/p>\n
Euro currency:\u00a0<\/span>purchaseInvoiceLimitEUR<\/strong><\/p>\n
13. Save<\/strong> the changes of the user.<\/p>\n
