New users will need these details to first login. If there is something, what is not clear, check the guide <span style=\"color: #0c71c3;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.teamogy.com\/en\/manual\/upload-a-photo\/#\" style=\"color: #0c71c3; text-decoration: underline;\">here<\/a><\/span>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>If the user did not receive the login details, or these details are expired then mark the user as a disabled and unmark it. The user will receive new initial sms and e-mail.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Avatar settings<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>It\u2019s very important to personalize the user in the system. Help them to upload their avatars.
