En caso de que olvide su contrase\u00f1a, siga estos pasos para iniciar con \u00e9xito su sesi\u00f3n en Teamogy.<\/p>\n

1. Elija la opci\u00f3n \u00ab\u00bfOlvid\u00f3 su contrase\u00f1a?\u00bb <\/strong> en la p\u00e1gina de inicio de sesi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Si no recibe su c\u00f3digo de autenticaci\u00f3n o tiene alg\u00fan problema con el inicio de sesi\u00f3n, comun\u00edquese directamente con el administrador del sistema o con el soporte t\u00e9cnico de Teamogy.<\/span><\/p>\n

Bloqueo de usuarios para que inicien sesi\u00f3n despu\u00e9s de un inicio de sesi\u00f3n fallido<\/b><\/p>\n

\u00abPermitimos cinco intentos fallidos de inicio de sesi\u00f3n. Despu\u00e9s de eso, comenzamos bloqueos temporales con tiempos exponencialmente crecientes a partir de 1 segundo y duplicando despu\u00e9s de cada intento fallido hasta aproximadamente 15 minutos. Los intentos durante un per\u00edodo de bloqueo temporal se ignoran. Despu\u00e9s del per\u00edodo de bloqueo temporal, si el siguiente intento falla, un nuevo bloqueo temporal comienza con el doble de duraci\u00f3n que el anterior. Esperar unos 15 minutos sin ning\u00fan intento tambi\u00e9n restablecer\u00e1 el bloqueo temporal. Tenga en cuenta que este comportamiento est\u00e1 sujeto a cambios\u00bb.<\/p>\n
