It\u00a0is good to have control over how many hours your employees spend on Tasks. Allocation behaves differently depending on whether we have only Assignee, or Assignee &amp; Participant, or Assignee, Participant &amp; Sub-tasks.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The first case is the situation, that task has only Assignee.\u00a0In this case, Assignee gets the entire entered allocation for Task. The Participant will co-work with the Assignee on the Task, they need to share the allocation of the Task. The Participant will co-work with the Assignee on the Task, they need to share the allocation of the Task. The Sub-task also need the part of the Task\u2019s allocation. The Sub-task\u2019s allocation is 1 hour, then the allocation of the main Task is reduced to 3 hours. The 3 hours will be divided between the Assignee &amp; Participant. The 3 hours\/(Assignee + Participant) = 1 hour 30 mins. <strong>Travis Freklaz (Assignee of main task) gets 1 hour 30 mins for the Task solution, just like John Smith (Participant) has 1 hour 30 mins for the Task solution.
