In the previous steps – We have activated and created the division.<\/strong>\u00a0–\u00a0now we have to set special settings directly for the Division. The Numbering is one of the options offered by the Division.<\/p>\n Setting up a Numbering for your division has two main steps<\/strong>.The first step is to create a register that tells the system when to use what numbering. The second step is to create the numbering itself for the Division. We are going to set the numbering for the Sales Invoice, but it\u2019s the same for all entities.<\/p>\n 1. In the left navigation menu, unroll Configuration<\/strong>.<\/p>\n 2. Click on Register<\/strong>.<\/p>\n 3. Into the Breadcrumb <\/span>MainKey<\/strong> type <\/span>NUMBERING.LINK.<\/strong><\/p>\n 4. Open the Shared<\/strong> register NUMBERING.LINK-SALES.INVOICE.<\/strong><\/p>\n 5. First thing you need to is Clone it.<\/strong><\/p>\n 6. Unmarked Shared.<\/strong><\/p>\n 7. Clone<\/strong> the register.<\/p>\n 13. Unmarked shared.<\/strong><\/p>\n 14. Change the subkey<\/strong> from INVOICE.SALES<\/strong> to INVOICE.SALES.RED<\/strong><\/p>\n 15. Edit<\/strong> the Numbering<\/strong>.\u00a0We will change the numbering to from<\/p>\n „CI-${formatDateTime:${currentObject:properties.supplyDate},YY}-[#####]”<\/p>\n to<\/p>\n „SI-${formatDateTime:${currentObject:properties.supplyDate},YY}-[#####]”<\/p>\n 16.
