E-mails processing<\/b><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.24.0&#8243; text_font=&#8221;|300|||||||&#8221; min_height=&#8221;61px&#8221; custom_margin=&#8221;|40px|15px|||&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p><strong>Automatically process received e-mails using rules<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Each e-mail, after being delivered to the shared mailbox, is assigned to the company\/person whose e-mail is in the address book.<\/li>\n<li>Then it is processed by a set of rules. (1)<\/li>\n<li>The address is &#8211; [module].[unitId].[number]@[subdomain].[maindomain].<\/li>\n<li>A new tab &#8222;Assigned e-mails&#8221; has been created on each entity, which shows the e-mails assigned to the document. (2)<\/li>\n<li>Sending an e-mail to this address means, it is automatically assigned to the entity (if the rule is enabled).
