Main new features in the version
- Process substitution – Users can now assign a substitute during their absence. The substitute gains access to documents that require approval during this period and can approve them on the user’s behalf.
- Faster View Loading – We have significantly improved the loading speed of key views. Less frequently used columns are now hidden by default but can be shown as needed. The result: faster, clearer, and more user-friendly views.
- Authorized Request – A new request type is now available, allowing only authorized personnel to submit requests for system configuration or changes in Teamogy.
- Subscription Records – You can now track all company subscriptions paid by card in one place – including the service name, amount, payment frequency, and card expiry date. This gives your company a clear overview of what is being paid, how much, and when the card needs to be updated.
Enhancements
- Opportunities – New “Statistics” View
A new „Statistics” view has been added to the Opportunities module, offering quick insights into won and lost opportunities over the years, including their total value. This view helps you better evaluate business performance and spot trends over time. - Contacts – Sort & Search with Clean Text
Sorting and searching in the company list now ignore special characters. For instance, a company named “Tichý & spol” will be correctly listed under „T”, not at the end. Searching is now cleaner and more accurate.
Minor adjustments and improvements
- Budget – top row is now frozen for easier navigation
- Absences – names are now fixed in the team/month view
- Budget – export of budget table rows to Excel
- Minor bug fixes
Key Features
Process substitution
Thanks to this feature, the approval of documents, invoices, and other processes in Teamogy does not stop even during the absence of team members. The substitute can smoothly continue with all necessary approval steps.
The new feature allows you to set a substitute for a user in case of their absence. The substitute gains access to documents that come in for approval during this period (however, they do not automatically inherit the approval limits).
Each user can have a substitute already set directly in their personnel document (configured by a user with the “User Configurator” permission). A substitute can also be assigned directly when creating a time-off request.
Faster View Loading
There has been a significant improvement in the loading speed of all main views in the system. Views now load considerably faster and are also clearer thanks to adjustments in the displayed information.
In selected views, certain columns have been hidden to simplify and speed up data display. However, users can easily show them again whenever needed.
As a result, the views are not only faster but also visually cleaner and more user-friendly for working with data.
A new request type has been added to the system – Authorized Request, which allows only authorized individuals (users from the Account Owner group) to submit requests for system settings or changes.
The purpose of this feature is to ensure that all system modification requests are clearly recorded, approved, and traceable – including information on who submitted the request, when, and with what approval.
As a result, all system change requests are neatly documented and easily accessible for internal review or audit.
If needed, this permission can also be delegated to other selected team members.
Subscription Records
This new functionality gives you instant insight into all subscriptions linked to your payment cards. In one place, you can see which services are paid by card, how much is charged, and how often.
When a card is nearing its expiration date, you can easily identify where it’s being used, helping you avoid unnecessary issues with failed payments.
Thanks to this clear overview, there’s no need to record anything manually in spreadsheets or search for subscription information elsewhere.
