When employees work hard yet the company has minimal profit, the low EHP is sometimes to blame. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong>What is EHP? Effective Hourly Payroll, the amount that the client actually pays you for your work. For example, if the budget for a client is 10 hours at CZK 1,000 \/ hour, they will pay you CZK 10,000. However, what if you actually ended up working 20 hours for him? This happens because no one monitors it properly. There is nothing to do unfortunately at this point. \u00a0In this case, the client actually pays you CZK 500 for the working hour. Will you still be able to make a profit after taking costs into account? Is this project actually profitable anymore?<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h5>\n

Incorrect or forgotten invoicing and a few other reasons can be a completely fatal reason <\/span><\/span><\/strong>for low profits.<\/span><\/span><\/h5>\n
