Creation of Division and Department<\/h3>\n

In the first step – Division and Department activation<\/strong> – we showed up how to activate the Divisions. Now the use of Divisions in Teamogy is activated, but now we need to create the specific Divisions that clients will use.<\/p>\n

1. In the left navigation menu, unroll Configuration<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

2. Click on Register<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

3. Into the Breadcrumb Category<\/strong> type Dimensions.<\/strong><\/p>\n

4. There is disabled register – DIMENSION.DIVISION-DEFAULT –<\/strong> open it.<\/p>\n

5. First thing you need to do is Clone<\/strong> the register.<\/p>\n

6. Unmark Shared & Disabled.<\/strong><\/p>\n

7. Change these fields:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n
Name<\/strong><\/td>\nname of the division (in our example it will be Red Cross)<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Subkey<\/strong><\/td>\nRED<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

8. Press SAVE<\/strong>. You have successfully created Division.<\/p>\n

[If you need to create Department, it\u2019s the same like Division. The subkey can be different, it\u2019s up to you.]<\/p>\n
