Groups<\/h3>\n

Each Teamogy user belongs to certain groups. These groups affect what rights the user has in the system.<\/strong> What views he sees, what he can modify in them, what actions he can perform in the system, etc. So our groups are actually what determines rights in Teamogy.<\/p>\n

In default, when the user<\/strong> is<\/strong> not<\/strong> in any group<\/strong>, he can just create actions, but the user can see only the Time record (My Timesheet and Time Recorder), Absence, Tasks (only the user\u2019s tasks) and Documents (My documents) and own Jobs. Browsers<\/strong> are enabled<\/strong> to see the view ALL<\/strong> in the modules. and then it depens on their rights<\/strong>, but in default they can see the documents<\/strong> of their<\/strong> subordinates<\/strong>.. It means that they are selected as managers in users\u2019 settings.<\/p>\n

Note: In the table, there are the default groups and the settings are always different from the client’s requirements.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Cashbox manager<\/strong><\/td>\nROLE<\/td>\nthe user, who can does the actions in Cashbox and can see all documents in the Cashbox<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Client overhead browser<\/strong><\/td>\nSYSTEM<\/td>\nthe user, who can see Client overhead module, can see the Overhead\u2019s to which the user has the rights and can creates the new ones<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Configurator<\/strong><\/td>\nSYSTEM<\/td>\nthe user, who can see the module Configuration. There is only view Register<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Contact browser<\/strong><\/td>\nSYSTEM<\/td>\nthe user, who can see the module Contacts and can see all contacts. Contact browser can edit the contacts of his subordinates<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Contact editor<\/strong><\/td>\nSYSTEM<\/td>\nthe user, who can edit all the Contacts in the Company module. If you are not in the group Contact browser, you will not see the module Contacts!<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Contact reader<\/span><\/strong><\/td>\nSYSTEM<\/td>\nthe user who can read contacts<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Data exporter<\/strong><\/td>\nSYSTEM<\/td>\nthe user, who exports all the data<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Data exporter contacts<\/strong><\/td>\nSYSTEM<\/td>\nthe user, who exports Contacts<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
