Teamogy Chat<\/h3>\n

Chat in Teamogy<\/strong> is<\/strong> a really useful tool for<\/strong>\u00a0communication of the entire team in the system<\/strong>. You can use a One to One message between two users or create Rooms between two and more users. You can use chat to write a message<\/strong>, send an attachment, picture<\/strong> or create a video conference<\/strong> in meet.teamogy.com<\/span><\/span><\/a> etc.\u00a0Don\u2019t forget to set up your change sound notification and chat sound volume in the User area. Choose the sound you like!<\/span><\/p>\n

If you would like to open the Chat, just <\/span>click on the chat icon in<\/b>\u00a0the<\/span>\u00a0navigation bar<\/b> at the top of your screen and you will see the whole Chat modal.<\/span><\/p>\n

One to One message<\/strong><\/p>\n

One to one message is a conversation between two users. You cannot add a third person to the conversation. Third person cannot load a conversation which he is not a member. The communication is fully protected.<\/p>\n

Click on the Add icon<\/strong> and choose the person you want to communicate<\/strong> with and the chat will be created. Check the GIF below<\/strong>\u00a0how to create One to One message.<\/p>\n

Rooms<\/b><\/p>\n

Rooms allows you to add more users into one conversation<\/strong>. You can create a Private room or a Public room<\/strong> that are different by settings. The icon if Private room and Public room is different<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

If the last user has left the room, it will be no longer visible in the list of Rooms.<\/p>\n

Public room<\/strong><\/p>\n

In Public room the Owner has the main rights to modify the Room. The option to invite and add anyone else is allowed to everyone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

has the right to rename the Room<\/td>\ncan read and write<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
has the right to change the Room to private<\/td>\nsee the existence of this room<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
has the right to close the Room<\/td>\ncan add themselves to the Room<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
<\/td>\ncan invite \/ add anyone else<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

Click on the Add icon <\/strong>next to Room,\u00a0name your Public Room<\/strong> and that’s all, Public Room has been created.\u00a0Don’t forget to add your colleagues into the Room. Check the GIF below <\/strong>how to create the Public Room.<\/p>\n
