Enter Company Details<\/h3>\n

First, open the Company you would like to edit. Read more in Find The Company<\/a><\/span> article.<\/p>\n

1. Click on <\/strong>the tab\u00a0Details<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Complete\u00a0all details in the section Details.\u00a0<\/span>Mandatory fields<\/strong>\u00a0are red underlined (can be different by company\u2019s settings)<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
Industry<\/strong><\/td>\nchoose the industry in which the company operates.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Sales maturity (days)<\/strong><\/td>\nit is the time period between the date of issue and the due date when creating a Sales Invoice. Insert the number of days.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Purchase maturity (days)<\/span><\/strong><\/td>\nit is the time period between the date of issue and the date of payment when creating a Purchase Invoice. Insert the number of days.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Bank Account<\/strong><\/td>\ninsert all bank account details. The Teamogy system will automatically complete these bank account details into the purchase invoice assigned to this company. There is an option to set up the default bank account of the client that will be in the invoices or you can invalid a bank account.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

3. After completing all details press SAVE<\/strong> button.<\/span><\/p>\n
