You have an option to create and edit Contact straight from the Document, Job or Invoice.<\/span><\/p>\n

How To Create Contact From Any Document\/Job\/Invoice<\/span><\/strong><\/h6>\n

<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

1.<\/span> Create a new <\/strong>Document, Job or Invoice<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Click on<\/strong> the field Client<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

3. Fill in the name of the Contact<\/strong>, just enter the first three letters and the system will offer you selected companies with the same name from local business register<\/strong>. You can also enter the ID number in the line. <\/strong><\/p>\n

(Note: With this method, you can only create a new Contact that is registered in the local business register)<\/em><\/p>\n

4. Click on External search<\/strong>.<\/em><\/p>\n

How To Edit Contact From Any Document\/Job\/Invoice<\/strong><\/h5>\n

You can also change the details about the Contact straight from the Document, Job, or Invoice<\/span>.<\/p>\n

1. Click on Edit mode<\/strong> of Document, Job or Invoice<\/span>.<\/p>\n

2. In the field Client – click on the icon of pencil<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
