Create A Person<\/h3>\n

Open the Company for which you want to add a new person<\/strong>. Read more in Find The Company<\/a><\/span> article.<\/p>\n

1.<\/span>\u00a0Click on Edit. On the tab People click on<\/strong> Add new person<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

2. Complete all details. Mandatory fields<\/strong> are red underlined (can be different according to the\u00a0company\u2019s<\/span> settings)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

You can easily disable a person by clicking to the icon – Mark as invalid. Check the GIF below.<\/strong><\/p>\n

You can see all disabled contacts, if you have access to see\u00a0invalid information. To have access, go to the tab Access, in the Details form select Show invalid information. <\/span><\/strong>After the marking, go to the tab People and you will see all invalid contacts.<\/p>\n
