Create A Job<\/h3>\n

1.<\/span>\u00a0In the left navigation menu, unroll<\/strong> Jobs <\/strong>section.<\/p>\n

2. Click on<\/strong> the Job schedule (Gantt)<\/strong>,\u00a0Job statuses (Kanban)\u00a0<\/b>view or\u00a0Job list\u00a0<\/b>view.<\/p>\n

3. Click on<\/strong> the\u00a0New Job<\/strong>\u00a0button.<\/p>\n

Subject<\/b><\/td>\nsimply, it is the name of the Job. Choose the name which best describes the Job. The Job name can also be further visible on related documents, tasks, or time records.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Deadline<\/strong><\/td>\nit is the date when the job should be delivered to the client. Also, the final invoice is usually issued to the client at this moment.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Tags<\/strong><\/td>\nsee here<\/span><\/span> how tags can be helpful.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Client \/ Brand<\/strong><\/td>\nselect client and brand (if it\u2019s defined for the client). If you cannot find a client, check to see if it\u2019s created in Companies. If you still have a problem, contact your system administrator or Teamogy support directly.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Status<\/strong><\/td>\nstatus shows the progress of the Job. By default, there are 5 basic statuses: WAITING, OPEN, READY, CLOSED, and CANCELED. Statuses can be changed manually or by workflow procedures (in advanced settings). If you would like to add more statuses, contact your system administrator or Teamogy support directly.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Closing remarks<\/strong><\/td>\nyou can add remarks that will be shown in Report.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Order number<\/strong><\/td>\nthis field will copy the number into the Sales Invoice, Sales Proforma Invoice or Sales Prepayment Invoice automatically, if you create it from the Job. Note: Order number is switched off in DEFAULT<\/em><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Notes<\/strong><\/td>\ndocument all the important milestones, comments, and reminders that you want to keep visible during work on a job.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
