Each Sales invoice includes the following data and information:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
Date of Issue<\/strong><\/td>\nThe date when the invoice is issued. It\u2019s entered automatically but the date can be adjusted. The date format is based on your regional settings<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Date of Supply<\/strong><\/td>\nThe date when the service\/goods were delivered to the client. It\u2019s entered automatically but the date can be adjusted. The date format is based on your regional settings<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Date of Payment<\/strong><\/td>\n\n

The due date to pay the invoice. It\u2019s entered automatically based on:<\/p>\n

1. The value, which you entered in Mark Company As A Client<\/span><\/a>.<\/a><\/span> In such a case, the date cannot be changed<\/p>\n

2. The Default settings of Teamogy (usually 14 days) if you haven\u2019t entered the Client maturity (in point 1). The date can be adjusted<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Client<\/strong><\/td>\nIf you choose the Client, then Address and Registration details<\/span><\/a><\/span> will be entered automatically. If you have added more Person<\/a> <\/span>to Company more than one, you can choose another person as well<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Purchase Order Number<\/strong><\/td>\nThe field where you enter the client PO number, which is sometimes required by your clients<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Reference Number<\/strong><\/td>\nEntered automatically by the program. Usually calculated from the invoice number but the formula can be also adjusted in the Teamogy setup<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Category<\/strong><\/td>\nThe ability to categorize the invoice. The default is categorized by region. The list of categories can be also adjusted in the Teamogy setup<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Owner<\/strong><\/td>\nThe Owner is usually the Author. It can be manually changed<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Currency<\/strong><\/td>\nChoose from predefined currencies. Foreign currency is converted to the domestic currency at the rate that Teamogy receives from https:\/\/openexchangerates.org<\/a><\/span>. The rate can be changed manually. For some selected countries, the source of the rate download is linked to their national bank directly<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Payment Condition<\/strong><\/td>\nChoose from Cash or Bank transfer<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Specification<\/strong><\/td>\nType here the detailed specifications of the job delivery<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
