The substitute can smoothly continue with all necessary approval steps.<\/p>\n The new feature allows you to set a substitute for a user in case of their absence. The substitute gains access to documents that come in for approval during this period (however, they do not automatically inherit the approval limits).<\/p>\n Each user can have a substitute already set directly in their personnel document (configured by a user with the \u201cUser Configurator<\/em>\u201d permission).
