In this short manual, we will introduce the Calendar in Teamogy and explain what information it can display and how you can use it.<\/strong><\/p>\n The Teamogy Calendar brings together events, planned work, absences and ToDos<\/strong> in one place<\/strong>. Each user can choose which types of records they want to display.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n [\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.27.7″ text_font=”|300|||||||” custom_margin=”|40px|40px|||” global_colors_info=”{}”]<\/p>\n To view the calendar, in the left navigation menu<\/strong>, click <\/span>Calendar<\/strong>. (1)<\/strong> You can switch between<\/strong> the individual views in the upper part of the Calendar. (2)<\/strong><\/p>\n [\/et_pb_text][et_pb_image src=”https:\/\/www.teamogy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Calendar_view_Numbered-scaled.webp” title_text=”Calendar_view_Numbered” show_in_lightbox=”on” _builder_version=”4.27.7″ custom_margin=”|40px||||” box_shadow_style=”preset2″ locked=”off” global_colors_info=”{}”][\/et_pb_image][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.27.7″ text_font=”|300|||||||” custom_margin=”|40px|40px|||” global_colors_info=”{}”]<\/p>\n The Calendar supports the following types of records:<\/strong><\/p>\n [\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.27.7″ text_font=”|300|||||||” custom_margin=”|40px|40px|||” global_colors_info=”{}”]<\/p>\n Events created directly in the Teamogy Calendar, such as meetings, appointments or other scheduled activities.<\/span><\/p>\n The Calendar can also display events synchronized from an external e-mail calendar.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n Work on tasks that has been planned using the Capacity Plan can be displayed in the Calendar.<\/span><\/p>\n This gives users a clear overview of when work on individual tasks has been scheduled.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n ToDos with an assigned date can be displayed in the Calendar.<\/span><\/p>\n If a specific time has also been entered, the ToDo is displayed at the corresponding time in the daily or weekly view.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n The Calendar respects the privacy settings of individual records.<\/span><\/p>\n If an event is marked as Private, its details are displayed only to the owner of the event.
