The Enterprise Technology Research (ETR) predicts that the percentage of employees who will work permanently in the home office will double from 16.4 % in 2020 to 34.4 % in 2021 due to the many benefits that remote work brings.
While commuting daily to work may be in decline for many companies, work offices will not disappear completely. They offer ideal spaces for social interaction, cooperation and conferences, and more comfortable personal meetings. The high level of flexibility of working from a home office and the time spent on the commute are great benefits for employees. It can also bring certain benefits for companies.
