Creation of the Clan
If you want to prepare new environment for the client, you have to create the new clan. Follow this guide.
1. Log in into the aio pro environment here.
2. Behind agency id in the address bar type /createclan
Now you have to complete the following fields:
| Clan name | Name of the clan (enter only small letters, no spaces or other special characters). |
| Clan subdomain | The subdomain the will enter into the address bar (blackmedia.teamogy.com) – same rules as clan name! |
| Agency name | The name of the agency. |
| Agency common name | The name of the agency. |
| Agency language | Default language of the agency. |
| Clan language | The same like Agency language |
| Clan country | Choose the country of the company |
| Clan timezone | Choose the timezone of the company |
| Admin e-mail | E-mail of the admin. |
| Admin phone | Phone number of the admin (don’t forget the prefix „+xxx“). |
If have completed fields successfully, you can click on button Import data. If everything went right, Google chrome will notify you with the message „null“. The admin will receive an initial e-mail and sms.
