The few things you will train new users will be common to everyone, no matter which team they belong to. 

Understanding the system
First login & Board and Personal settings
  • First login
    • Every user will receive initial e-mail and sms with username & password. New users will need these details to first login. If there is something, what is not clear, check the guide here.
    • If the user did not receive the login details, or these details are expired then mark the user as a disabled and unmark it. The user will receive new initial sms and e-mail.
  • Avatar settings
    • It’s very important to personalize the user in the system. Help them to upload their avatars. If you have any hesitations, check the guide here.
  • Theme change
    • Show them the option to change the theme of the system. Light mode, dark mode or combine them! If you have any hesitations, check the guide here.
  • Post it
    • Make the note to the Dashboard. If you have any hesitations, check the guide here.

Absences
  • Request
    • Show the team how to create a new absence request. If you have any hesitations, check the guide here.
  • Approval process
    • Request is doesn’t mean, that absence will be approved. Check the status of absence, the user also will receive the notification.
