What’s It Like to Work at Teamogy?
Remote work and team-building are how we operate. We sell to clients all over the world—mostly online. Sometimes it makes sense to visit a region in person, and sometimes it’s even part of a reward for sales and consulting teams who enjoy travel. But the majority of our work happens through remote meetings and collaboration. We don’t limit where our people work from. And since we use Teamogy ourselves, we always have the information we need—anytime, anywhere.
We have a well-defined system of online meetings—from short daily stand-ups to brainstorming sessions and full team calls. And once or twice a month, we meet in person. Not just for work—we go for a beer, play bowling or darts, or celebrate a new batch of users. Once a year, we host our “Teamogy Camp”—a multi-day team-building event on a boat or at another unique location with a fun and engaging program.
