Onboarding Manager for the SaaS system Teamogy
We’re looking for an experienced colleague to lead the onboarding of our clients. Someone who understands businesses, their processes, and can manage projects with both insight and empathy.
What is this role about?
This role combines project management, client-facing work, and improving internal processes.
At Teamogy, we consider onboarding to be one of the most important stages of collaboration – it’s where the system is tailored to meet the specific needs of the company, enabling it to operate more efficiently, grow, and evolve.
We’re looking for someone who will guide the client through this process – from initial analysis through configuration to a successful go-live.
The role also includes contributing to the creation of online guides, videos, checklists, and other materials that help clients start working with the system more independently and quickly.
What you’ll do
- Lead the onboarding project from the initial phase to full system deployment
- Plan timelines and coordinate steps with the client and internal teams (onboarding, support, development)
- Maintain regular communication with clients – primarily business owners, directors, and team leaders, often in English
- Map client processes and needs, propose optimal system configuration (e.g., workflow, approval types, reporting)
- Set up the system according to client requirements – work with data lists, form settings, user roles, and permissions
- Import data (e.g., company directories, financial data), prepare structure and ensure data quality
- Accurately document project progress and update status directly in Teamogy
- Help create onboarding methodologies and online academy content – tutorials, videos, and scenarios for everyday use
- Participate in improving the onboarding process, including automation, AI tools, and client feedback
Who we’re looking for
- Experienced in project management – ideally in IT, process changes, or system implementations
- Understands business environments – especially financial processes like invoicing, VAT, approval workflows, etc.
- Holds a degree in economics or has experience that ensures strong understanding of internal and financial flows
- Communicates professionally and naturally with clients – can be both support and partner
- Fluent in English at C1 level – for both general and technical client communication
- Precise, methodical, and detail-oriented – documentation and procedures come naturally
- Able to complete tasks and maintain a good client relationship, even when promoting the right but unpopular solution
- Excellent organizational skills and able to prioritize across multiple ongoing projects
- Thinks in context, has analytical thinking, and seeks ways to improve and streamline work
- Interested in modern technologies and SaaS systems, familiar with digital tools and open to innovations like AI, automation, and integration platforms
- Works independently but is also a team player who shares knowledge and pushes the team forward
