Client Care Manager for SaaS system Teamogy

We are looking for an experienced colleague who will ensure that our clients get the most out of the system – in the long term, systematically and with added value. We are looking for someone who can understand the clients’ business, can read data and at the same time build strong relationships at the management level.

What is this role about?

This role combines strategic client relationship management, analytical thinking and the ability to identify business opportunities.

At Teamogy, we believe that client success is not just a question of proper onboarding – it is daily systematic work to ensure that the system grows with the client’s company.

The Client Care Manager is a long-term partner for the client: he monitors how the client uses the system, identifies risks and opportunities, and actively manages the development of the system so that it constantly brings higher value to the client – through optimization of settings and processes, training and consultations, add-ons to automation and AI agents.

We are looking for someone who doesn’t wait for a problem, but systematically takes care of the entire customer base – with the ambition to reduce churn and increase ARPU.

What you’ll do

  • Systematic care for clients after onboarding – monitoring health, system adoption and satisfaction
  • Building and conducting regular reviews with client management (guarantee visits, strategic discussions at CEO/CFO/COO level)
  • Identifying opportunities for client development – new modules, integration, automation, more users – and managing the upsell pipeline
  • Creating and maintaining health score and flag reporting for the entire customer base
  • Collaborating with marketing on a communication engine for existing clients – segmentation, lifecycle campaigns, webinars, engagement
  • Coordinating with the onboarding, integration and support team in addressing client needs
  • Bringing feedback from client practice to the sales, product and development team
  • Involvement in building scalable processes – client segmentation, communication templates, playbooks

    Who we’re looking for

    We are looking for a colleague who:

    • Has experience with Customer Success, Account Management or B2B consulting – ideally in a SaaS or technology environment
    • Understands the corporate environment and can lead a meaningful discussion at the CEO, CFO or COO level – strategically, not just operationally
    • Can work with data: analyzes system usage, evaluates risks and identifies opportunities for client development
    • Communicates professionally, with natural authority and empathy – the client wants to meet with him/her regularly
    • Has English at least C1 level – for normal and professional communication with foreign clients
    • Is proactive, systematic and ownership-driven – does not wait for the problem to solve itself
    • Is interested in SaaS systems, integration and automation – technical details are no stranger to him/her, even if he/she does not develop them himself
    • Can see things through to the end while maintaining a good relationship with the client, even if it is necessary to say unpopular truth
