Key Features
Custom Column Widths – User Control Over Column Size
You now have the ability to adjust the width of columns in views by simply dragging the border between columns left or right. Changes take effect immediately. When the view is refreshed or reloaded, the columns revert to their default widths.
This feature allows each user to tailor their view settings based on current needs.
Sharing Attachments Directly from Teamogy – External Link
Every attachment in the system now includes a convenient button (1) to generate an external link, allowing you to easily share a file – whether internally with colleagues or externally with clients, partners, vendors, or anyone outside your organization.
The link provides secure and direct access to download the specific attachment, with no need for login and no connection to your Teamogy account. This means the recipient sees only the file itself – not your workspace, related data, or any additional context.
A major advantage is the option to set an expiration time (2) for the link, customizable by each user – for example, a few hours, days, or weeks. Once the set time elapses, the link automatically deactivates and becomes inaccessible.
This new feature significantly simplifies and speeds up document sharing, increases collaboration flexibility, and ensures a high level of security and control over who can access files and when.
For added safety, the system includes a clear log showing which attachment was shared, by whom, and when the link is set to expire.
Email Templates – Selecting Templates When Sending Emails
You can now create and manage your own email templates in the configuration settings. These templates serve as ready-made patterns for quick and consistent communication. An administrator or authorized user can define these templates in advance – including the subject, text structure, formatting, and more.
When composing a new email, users can simply choose from the available templates the one that best fits the situation – such as a meeting invitation, order confirmation, unpaid invoice reminder, thank you message, or business offer.
This feature significantly speeds up message creation, ensures consistent communication across the company, and reduces the risk of errors or missing important information.
Contacts – New Features Related to Contacts
Company Tabs – Newly Added Tabs for a More Comprehensive Overview
Each company now includes an expanded set of tabs that gives you a complete and detailed overview of all activities and related data concerning the company. This enhancement significantly improves clarity and enables more efficient handling of client or vendor information across various types of records.
The newly added tabs include:
- Opportunities – Displays all business cases and potential collaborations associated with the company.
- Jobs – Shows all active and completed jobs that have taken place or are currently ongoing with the company.
- Tasks – Provides an overview of all planned, in-progress, and completed tasks related to the company, including their status and assigned personnel.
- Documents – Offers centralized access to all documents related to the company, such as contracts, client budgets, or meeting notes.
Thanks to this enhancement, users can navigate the history of collaboration more quickly and effectively, plan next steps with ease, and always have essential information at their fingertips – all from one place.
Creating Entities Directly from a Company – Save Time and Clicks
You now have the ability to directly create the following entities from any company record: Opportunities, Client Budgets, Supplier Orders, and Jobs (1).
This feature saves you time and reduces the number of clicks previously required to create any of the above entities.
Reassigning All Entities Linked to a Deactivated Company
When removing duplicate companies, you can now mark one of them as “invalid” and assign a successor company – the one that will remain in the system as the sole valid representation of the entity.
This solution ensures that your data stays consistent, organized, and free of duplicates, which could otherwise affect reports, searches, or integrations.
The process is designed to be launched not only during deactivation but also retroactively – for example, in cases where a company was previously deactivated without assigning a successor. In such cases, you can assign the successor company afterward.
Birthday Tracking – View of Upcoming Anniversaries
In the People view, upcoming birthdays are now visible, and it’s also possible to sort by birthday date (1) and (2).
This tracking can be used to activate email notifications as well.
The goal is to provide timely and convenient reminders about upcoming events, helping foster a more personal and caring approach to relationships – whether within your team, company, or client portfolio.
Brand Owner – Extended Data Structure for API
We’ve improved the data structure for brand owners. The brand code and brand owner are now stored within the company’s API data structure.
Person – Additional Information for Better Search and Targeting
You now have the ability to add and manage custom categories, tags, and language preferences for individual persons (independently from company data).
These fields allow for better filtering, exporting, and the ability to extract additional insights from personal data.
The main goal of these features is to increase flexibility in search and ensure more accurate targeting, for example when planning events such as press conferences.
Note: These features must first be enabled in the configuration settings.
Certified Company – Limited Editing After Certification
If a company is certified, you can now allow editing of selected fields even without Financial Supervisor rights.
Within this limited edit mode, it’s possible to update person-related data and text fields in the company record, such as notes about current client activity.
Note: This option must also be enabled in the configuration settings.

New Kanban View Design – Clean and Consistent Look
We’ve updated the visuals of the Kanban view, resulting in a modern and clear interface we believe will be more pleasant and easier for you to use than before.
Teamogy Chat – Search and Clear Statuses
Chat – Search Functionality
In the top left corner of the chat window (1), you can now search by communication thread name.
Chat – Clearly Visible Statuses for Entities
Communication threads linked to entities (e.g., Tasks, Projects, Documents) now display clear status indicators (1), so you can immediately see whether a thread should remain or can be removed—for example, when a task is fully completed.
This gives you better insight into all discussions and helps keep your chat clean by closing inactive threads.
Teamogy Meet – Recording, Transcription, AI Summaries
The advanced version of Teamogy Meet introduced in a previous release has now received three new enhancements to elevate your online meetings even further:
Recording Video Calls
After ending a video call, the recording is automatically saved as an attachment in a “Meeting Minutes” document (1) and (2), and a notification is sent with a link to that document.
You can replay or share the recording with colleagues, clients, vendors, or other external participants.
Automatic Transcription into Meeting Minutes
Everything said during the meeting is transcribed word-for-word and stored in the meeting document, providing a complete text transcript for review or sharing.
AI Managerial Summary
An AI-generated summary (powered by ChatGPT by OpenAI) can be included in the meeting minutes.
Predefined prompts (which you can adjust as needed) summarize the conversation, list key discussion points, and suggest action items by priority.
Personal Online Meeting Room Link
Each user now has a personal meeting link available in their profile within the configuration (1).
This link serves as a direct gateway to Teamogy Meet and allows you to quickly start a meeting with a colleague—no need for long searches or back-and-forths.
This makes planning and launching online meetings much easier and provides each user with a consistent access point.
Email Signature – Improved Default Footer Including Logo
To enhance the professionalism of email communication from Teamogy, we’ve redesigned the default email footer, which is automatically added to emails sent directly from the system.
It now has a cleaner layout, visually aligned with the system’s overall design.
Additionally, the company logo now displays in higher quality and correct format, reinforcing your brand identity in every message.
The goal is to ensure every Teamogy email is professional, readable, and visually consistent with your organization’s style—whether for internal messages, client communication, or automated notifications.
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
We’ve improved MFA options in the system. You can now easily configure MFA to suit your preferences directly in the configuration.
Available options include SMS and TOTP (e.g., Google Authenticator).

Memory usage has been optimized to eliminate occasional data loading issues. - Approval Process Optimization – No Mid-Step Saves
In multi-step approvals, data is now only saved after the final step, once the user exits processing.
If the activity moves to another one assigned to the same user, no save is triggered—greatly speeding up the entire process. - Faster Response After Dragging Cards in Kanban View
Drag-and-drop operations in Kanban are now faster and smoother, providing a more efficient experience. - Bug Fixes – Minor bug fixes throughout the system
