What’s New in Teamogy 5.2

Teamogy now allows you to define individual working hours and time allocations for each workday for every user. This setting is used when a user’s working schedule differs from the default working hours defined at the company level. Typical examples include users with part-time contracts or specific work schedules.

To make it easier to find specific information in chat (1), you can now search within individual conversations.

In the P&L report (1), you can now search for data not only within predefined periods but also using custom selections — including specific years, months, and days. (2)

Users now have access to the latest version of OpenAI’s Chat GPT directly within Teamogy. This gives them a powerful tool at their fingertips for automatic document translations, text editing and review, proposal polishing, and many other ways to efficiently integrate AI into their daily work.

In Teamogy, you can now generate payment orders directly from invoices for selected banks.

The entire process can be managed efficiently – authorized users can recommend invoices for payment (as priority or standard), pause selected payments, and then generate payment orders from them.

The displayed record count gives users a quick overview, making it unnecessary to open a tab if it contains no records.

For example, if there are no records in the Jobs, Opportunities, or Documents tabs for a selected company, it’s immediately clear that no one from the sales team has worked with this company yet.

Chat – React to Messages with Text

You can now respond to chat messages not only with an emoji, but also with a short text or link. This allows for quick reactions or sharing useful information without writing a full new message.

Each user can now easily adjust the ideal balance between the conversation list and the chat window.
