How to start?

Self onboarding or paid assisted onboarding.

Free self onboarding or paid assisted onboarding.

You can decide whether to go through the individual phases of setting up Teamogy CRM on your own free of charge, or invest in a shared onboarding with us.

A successful CRM system rollout starts with a well-thought-out shared onboarding or self onboarding.

That’s why we’ve put maximum care into the preparation – whether it’s the well-thought-out steps and support for your self onboarding or our shared onboarding. We know that even the first weeks of working with Teamogy CRM can deliver great results, provided the system is properly set up and the team is trained.

4 phases of a successful onboarding

Our onboarding is not just a technical implementation. It’s a guided process that hundreds of our now-satisfied clients have already been through.

01 Client needs analysis

More than just getting to know your company’s sales activities

During the analysis, we get to know in detail how your company runs its sales activities, and you gain an overview of what Teamogy CRM can do. We share experience from other successfully completed onboardings and, together, we look for the right way to set up the system so it makes sense for your sales team and for everyone who works with it or evaluates its results.

Key areas we address during the analysis phase:

  • Users and their roles: user settings (e.g. financial limits, reporting lines), access rights, and group assignments.

  • Key areas of the CRM system: from contacts, leads, opportunities, and documents through tasks, time reports, chat and email communication, all the way to reporting views on new business.

  • Approval processes: not just for financial documents and quotations, but also for all other important workflows such as contracts or absence reques

  • Data import: contacts (customers/suppliers), leads and opportunities, and any other entities that may need data imported.

  • Integrations: the most commonly used are with website registration forms, campaign sign-ups, or integration with Pipelyx, a tool that helps sales reps communicate effectively on LinkedIn.

  • Automation: from generating reports based on specific requests from sales leadership to more complex scenarios.

Benefit: Onboarding starts with the client, not with the software. That’s why, from day one, Teamogy CRM is a natural tool that fits the needs of your team, who play a part in growing your business.

02 System setup

More than just copying old habits

System setup is the result of what we agree on during the analysis. It's not just about copying current habits: we translate the agreed way of working into the system, often enhanced with improvements we've identified together. That's how Teamogy CRM is ready from day one to support the effectiveness of your sales activities.

The setup includes these main steps:

  • System configuration based on the analysis results.

  • Setup presentation: we walk you through the prepared CRM system, review it together, and fine-tune it if needed before moving on.

  • Final setup during onboarding: we incorporate your feedback and prepare the system for go-live. At the same time, we count on the fact that details may still be fine-tuned during the first weeks based on real usage.

Benefit: You get a CRM system that not only fits your needs today but is also ready to support your sales activities into the future.

03 Team training

More than just a feature walkthrough

Training isn't just about where to click. It's practical, interactive, and tailored to the individual phases of the sales process. That's why everyone immediately understands how Teamogy CRM supports their work and how to use it properly.

How the training works:

  • Group-based sessions: for project managers, delivery teams, finance, leadership, and others, based on what they use in the system.

  • Individual approach: the training content is always tailored to what the specific group needs in practice.

  • Interactive scenarios: we train on real examples from your company.

  • Training recordings: we save them in Teamogy GEMs, where they’ll be useful for onboarding new colleagues and as an easy recap.

  • Working with real data: during training, users can start entering the first real data with guidance and prepare for Going live.

Benefit: From day one, your sales team knows how to work in the CRM system. Teamogy CRM becomes a natural part of the salesperson’s working day.

04 Going live

More than just switching the system on

When you transition to live operation, we don't leave your team on its own. The goal is a smooth start with full support, gradually fine-tuning details based on real usage. We're right by your side, helping to respond to the first questions and challenges.

What does assisted operation include?

  • Support in the first weeks: your team has an experienced partner available, ready to help at any time.

  • Feedback and adjustments: together we gather the first experiences from live operation and fine-tune the system accordingly.

  • Regular feedback calls: we fine-tune the setup and, if needed, add training or additional features.

  • Continuation after onboarding: even after a successful launch, we stay in touch. We regularly review how Teamogy is meeting the goals for which you chose it. This can lead to further phases: integrations, automation, or the addition of other modules.

Benefit: A smooth, stress-free start – and often the end of chaos in coordinating your sales activities. From day one, you have the certainty that the CRM system works properly, delivers results, and your sales team isn’t left on its own.

What does quality onboarding bring you?

A properly configured and managed onboarding isn’t just the opening phase — it’s an investment in long-term success. When done right, it delivers concrete benefits from the very first days of using the CRM system:

Fast, chaos-free start

Your sales team knows exactly what to do. Teamogy CRM matches how sales reps actually work, so the sales team doesn’t waste time on trial and error. When advice is needed, our chat support team is available with an average response time of around 2 minutes.

High user adoption

Training is clear, practical, and structured according to each role in the company’s sales activities. That’s why users adopt Teamogy quickly and naturally.

Effective use of the system

Clients use the Teamogy CRM system to the fullest. Not just for record-keeping, but as a real tool for managing sales opportunities and making daily work and communication easier.

Fewer mistakes, more high-quality data

Clear rules and well-defined processes minimize errors and deliver the data you need to run your sales operations, generated naturally through everyday work.

Faster return on investment

Thanks to a smooth start and effective use, results and return on investment come within weeks, not months.

Onboarding is your starting line. Let’s make it together into a strong foundation for a well-run, modern sales operation.

Self onboarding for Teamogy CRM.

Launch Teamogy CRM on your own – at your own pace.

Do you want to set up Teamogy CRM on your own? Self onboarding walks you through the recommended steps, from basic configuration and contact import to creating your sales process, tasks, and reporting.

All guides, practical recommendations, and training recordings are available right in the GEMs module. You can move at your own pace and return to any topic whenever you need.

Self onboarding is free of charge. If you need expert help during the setup, you can order an individual consultation at any time. The price ranges from 60 to 100 EUR per hour, depending on the focus and the specialization required.

Self onboarding = on your own, but always with expert help within reach.

With self onboarding, the monthly fee for using Teamogy CRM starts being charged from the first day users / the user are activated in the Teamogy CRM system.

Self onboarding setup includes:

Setup of all required users, including their relevant access rights

Setup of Leads and Opportunities according to your company’s sales practices

Custom print outputs for documents according to your preferences

Setup of any additional parts of the system your company needs

Preset processes selected from templates and tailored to your needs

Customization: adjustments to the system based on the analysis, in the form of individually configured registries or, if needed, code adjustments in the registry

How long does assisted onboarding take?

Assisted Teamogy CRM onboarding is precise and respects the individual needs of the given sales team. Still, it usually takes just 1 to 4 weeks.

The actual onboarding duration depends on the size of the team starting to use the system and on the scope of any custom adjustments the client requests. And of course, it also depends on the client’s availability and time options.

Onboarding isn’t the end, the partnership is just beginning

A successful onboarding is only the first step. We keep looking after our clients long term, systematically, and with a personal approach. Once the CRM system is in place, we offer care at whatever scope the client chooses, and this can be changed at any time. Our Client Care team and technical support team, available to you every working day, provide:

Daily support and answers to your questions

Advisory support for developing the CRM system and setting up new processes

Tailored tips, training, and recommendations for the client

FAQ – frequently asked questions

How long does onboarding take?

Onboarding usually takes 1 to 4 weeks, depending on the size of the company and the scope of the rollout. For smaller teams, we can handle everything within a few days. For larger companies, the process may take longer, precisely so that a thorough analysis, proper system setup, and careful training of all users can be carried out. With self onboarding, the duration depends entirely on the client.

Can onboarding be done fully online?

Yes. We train most of our clients online, including recorded sessions, which we then save to the client’s Teamogy CRM account in the GEMs module, so they are always available to current users and new colleagues alike.

How much will onboarding cost us?

The price depends on the size of the team and the scope of the setup. You’ll find a basic overview in our pricing list, and for an accurate estimate we recommend a short consultation. Importantly, the price covers all onboarding phases and is transparently structured, so you always know exactly what you’re paying for.

What if after go-live we find we need something done differently?

That’s expected. In the first weeks after go-live, we hold regular consultation calls where we fine-tune the setup together based on real usage. It’s common at this stage for some things to still be adjusted, refined, and re-trained. Our online support is also always at your disposal, so tweaks and answers to your questions are always at hand.

Do we need someone internally to lead the onboarding?

Yes, ideally an “internal Teamogy champion“, a contact person who meets with us regularly and coordinates the onboarding process and information flow within the company’s sales team. This person can also help with retraining users, raise relevant questions, and stay in regular contact even after onboarding is complete.

What happens after onboarding is complete?

Your care is taken over by our Client Care team and technical support. Together we monitor how Teamogy CRM helps your sales team, and when needed, we bring in additional features, integrations, or automations.
Online chat is available to all users, with an average response time of around 2 minutes.
