Best practice for smooth onborading and starting to use Teamogy in company is to carefully choose the right person or team who will onboard the entire team. Your Onboarding manager needs to become the Teamogy expert soon. For sure needed is to know well Teamogy and be able help others in the team.

Good Onboarding manager should know the agency pretty well and should have a basic skills for successful Teamogy onboarding. This is the ideal profile based on our experiences

Basic setup of system needs to be done before the other team members will join

 

  • Upload logo and set up the pintouts 
  • Create all users of Teamogy
  • Prepare list of companies (clients & brands) to be imported (optional)
  • Set up financial part (Numbering sequence of invoices)
  • Who will do what in system, who is whom supervisor, who will see what

 

Onboarding manager will allways be one step ahead with the knowledge about how to use Teamogy. So is able to share this knowledge with others in the team. Basic training for all users is simple but important

  • Jobs & Time tracking
  • Financial – 3rd party costs/Client billing

Self training of users using our Teamogy manuals & guides or face to face training with Teamogy master is possible. System is easy to understand, so it will be smooth

 

Onboarding manager should supervise at least at the very beginning that people are using Teamogy well and basic entries are created constantly. Activities are becomming into habits usually after 21 days, so in this period is necessary to mainly check:

 

  • Jobs are opened for every single new project, activity for clients
  • Time is tracked on a daily basis by almost everyone in the team
  • Quotations are created in the documents module
  • 3rd party costs are entered into Teamogy
  • Clients are billed based on data or directly from Teamogy
  • Tasks are distributed for all kind of requests coming from clients or from agency itself

Onboarding manager should be mastering Teamogy and should be able to answer various questions from colleagues. Anytime is possible to use Teamogy consultants to help him with any kind of request or needs.
