The journey with Teamogy begins. The first step to mastering Teamogy is getting the hundreds and thousands of contacts that every company stores under control. Use the Teamogy features to your best advantage, so they bring order to your clients and brands, differentiate suppliers by the type of services, and sort out huge amounts of various contacts.

 It is important to correctly complete the form with the company name, address, and other details.

In some countries the system will offer you the details about your client from a business register.

This data is then subsequently used in the creation of documents, jobs, or invoices.

Add person to the company that you will be communicating with.

You can add as many contact as you would like to. Add details like – mobile number, Skype account, email account, etc. to each contact.

Identify the company as a client on the details tab.

The change of company status to the client allows adding multiple brands that you can use for creating jobs.

Brands in Teamogy allow you to filter the profitability of each brand in the financial reports.

Congratulations, you can now create the first job for the client and its brand.

How to try everything directly in the system:
  • Create a company, including all the details (address, registration data). Then identify the company as a client and add 2 brands including logos. Don’t forget to add some tags to the company.
  • Try to look up the client in contacts. You can also create a new job for this client and brand.
