Taking over from the Sales representative

Anyone who starts a new implementation must complete the following steps:

1. Decide who will onboard the company and create the Job. 

Deadline should be determined according to the date when the client is considering launching full Teamogy operation. The order should also include: Signed order, the budget should determine how many hours are sold, any other specifications of the contract should be included in either the comments or attachments. Remember the fact, that you must give access to the Job to other people (onboarding and support) who will work on the Job. If the company already has a clan, then it is necessary that the link to the clan is in the job.

2. Key persons of the client

Who are the key people of the client – they should be entered in Teamogy contacts.

3. Official mail

The Sales representative should finish the entire business process with an official e-mail, in which he will inform the client who will take care of it – their Onboarding manager.

Here is a sample of what the official mail looks like:

Dear Mr. his name/Mrs. her name/Ms. her name

I am writting you in regards of our agreement of Teamogy implementation in your company. Let me introduce you, who will take care of smooth process your whole company Onboarding. I would like to introduce you your Onboarding manager, who is my best colleague his name or her name, who has a lot of experience with implementation of our system. He will take care of you very well. 

Name of the Onboarding manager will get in touch with you in few hours or days and you will launch tne Onboarding process. He/She already has all the documents that are crucial for Onboarding.
