P&L Report

The P&L report consists of individual financial documents (Sales and Purchase invoices including internal documents), which are assigned to the relevant Job, Client overhead or Internal Overhead. This report shows the company’s actual profit.

How accurate the profit is in comparison with the accounting profit is determined by what information is entered into the Teamogy platform (people’s salaries, depreciation, and other things).

One line in the report represents one row in the financial document (e.g. if the Supplier invoice is paired to multiple Jobs, it breaks into as many lines as how many Jobs it is paired with).

Costs the value of the costs that the item of the financial document brings to the Job, Client, or Internal Overhead.
Revenues the value of the Revenues that the item of the financial document brings to the Job, Client, or Internal Overhead.
Bilance is the difference between Revenues and Costs.
Currency Reporting currency.

Each report allows for easy data filtering. So, you can easily get a view only of your chosen data.
