About Documents

The Teamogy system will help you to manage the control of all your documents, from your first contact with a client, to writing meeting notes, to creating a quotation for the client, to filling the signed contract.

You can create and store all important agency documents, use pre-defined document templates, or create your own documents. You can even scan documents into the system.

There are few types of documents, which are set by default and you can start using these immediately.

Document a basic type of document. The main added value of this document type is its versatility, as it can be used for creating /inputting many different types of documents. You can also add a category for your documents.
Meeting Report records from a meeting. Write down all notes and comments from meetings, do not miss any important points. Attach a photo of the Flipchart discussion and have all agreements with clients or suppliers flawlessly recorded.
Contract each agency deals with many different contract types. Suppliers, clients, employees, freelancers – all these relations should be safeguarded by a quality contract. Now you can have all contract templates directly in Teamogy and also all signed contracts should be attached there. Get contract management fully under control.
Sales Quotation is a key agency document, as it enables you to estimate your buying prices from suppliers and set your selling price for clients. This is the key for your agency profit – make a profitable quotation and later deliver the job as it was estimated. As the Sales Quotation is linked directly to a job, you can easily manage it from there – supplier costs, internal work, and client billing.
Purchase Order is a key document to manage all of your suppliers. Produce purchase orders with detailed specification of ordered goods, deadlines, prices, and other relevant conditions. This document will prevent any possible misunderstandings, which may happen during external services or goods delivered.
Received Document every agency receives many documents, which make good use as records. Simply attach or scan such documents to Teamogy and add different Tags or Categories in order to easily search for them anytime.

All of the above document types are set by default. It is very easy to add new document types with custom content or customize the current ones – like adding a predefined table, paragraphs, or any other custom content.
